1. The eight-station rotary pouch system completes pouch feeding, coding, opening, filling, shaping and sealing in one continuous process.
2. The high-precision multihead weigher measures lightweight and irregular flower tea products according to the preset target weight.
3. The weighing system can remove abnormal portions before filling to reduce incorrect product discharge into the pouch.
4. The ribbon coder prints production dates, batch numbers and other coding information directly on the premade pouch.
5. The pouch opening detection system helps prevent product filling when a pouch is missing or not opened correctly.
6. The product settling and pouch shaping stations help loose flower tea enter the pouch and keep the package profile organized before sealing.
7. Two heat-sealing stations reinforce the pouch opening and improve sealing consistency for laminated premade bags.
8. The downstream checkweigher verifies each finished pouch and rejects packages outside the configured weight range.
9. The PLC and HMI allow operators to adjust pouch handling, weighing, sealing temperature and production parameters from one control interface.
10. The line can be connected with material elevators, feeding conveyors, metal detectors and finished product collection systems according to production requirements.
