Application:

It can be used in condiment, prepared food, fruit processing and beverage ingredient production lines where automatic sauce filling, bag forming and sealing are required. Such as seeded chili sauce, garlic chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, curry sauce, tomato sauce, hot pot sauce, cooking sauce, marinade sauce, barbecue sauce, passion fruit pulp, mango pulp, strawberry pulp, fruit jam, fruit puree and fruit concentrate.

Suitable for laminated roll film formed into back-seal pillow bags for liquid, paste and sauce products containing small particles.

Workflow:

Hopper Feeding → Continuous Mixing → Film Unwinding → Bag Forming → Sauce Filling → Finished Bag Output

Feature:

1. The 100L storage hopper is equipped with a mixing device to keep sauce ingredients evenly distributed before filling.

2. The filling system is designed for thick sauces, fruit pulp and paste products containing small solid ingredients.

3. The vertical packing machine completes roll film feeding, bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting in one continuous process.

4. The enclosed machine structure helps keep the packing area organized during sauce filling production.

5. The HMI control panel allows operators to adjust bag length, filling volume, sealing temperature and operating settings.

6. The machine can be connected with upstream sauce preparation equipment and downstream conveyors according to production requirements.
