Feature:

1. The bottle feeding belt arranges empty containers and transfers them continuously into the filling line.

2. The inkjet printer can print production dates, batch numbers or simple coding information on the containers.

3. The single-head auger filling machine supports controlled dosing for protein powder, milk powder and other fine powder products.

4. The automatic cap feeder delivers caps to the capping station to reduce manual handling during continuous production.

5. The servo capping machine tightens screw caps with adjustable operating parameters for different bottle specifications.

6. The aluminum foil sealing machine seals the bottle opening after capping to support retail packaging and product protection.

7. The round bottle labeling machine applies labels automatically to cylindrical bottles or jars.

8. The collecting table gathers finished containers after labeling for inspection, packing or connection with downstream equipment.

9. A can-seaming unit can be configured when the product is packed in metal cans instead of screw-cap bottles.
