1. Dual 10-Lane Stick Pack Production: Two LDBK-840G-10 machines produce multiple individual stick packs simultaneously, supporting continuous primary packaging.
2. Integrated Measuring and Filling: Measuring cup systems dose compatible powders or small granules into individual stick packs before sealing and cutting.
3. Automatic Stick Pack Arranging: The dual-channel arranging conveyor organizes finished stick packs into an orderly flow for counting and grouping.
4. Preset Quantity Counting: The counting system groups stick packs according to the required quantity before transferring them to the secondary packaging station.
5. Automatic Pouch Feeding and Opening: The LDB-430 automatically feeds and opens premade pouches for loading the counted stick packs.
6. Integrated Secondary Packaging: The counted stick packs are transferred into larger pouches, followed by sealing and finished product discharge.
7. Finished Product Conveying: The output conveyor transfers sealed pouches away from the packing station for collection and subsequent handling.
