Feature:

1. The 8-channel counting unit separates and counts capsules or tablets before dispensing the preset quantity into each bottle.

2. The automatic bottle feeder arranges empty bottles and transfers them continuously to the counting and filling station.

3. The cap feeding system automatically sorts and supplies screw caps to the capping station.

4. The capping unit places and tightens caps after filling to complete automatic bottle closing.

5. The induction aluminum foil sealing machine seals the foil liner inside the bottle cap without direct contact.

6. The automatic labeling machine applies self-adhesive labels to finished bottles.

7. The integrated conveyor connects each packaging process for continuous bottle transfer and production.

8. PLC and touchscreen control allow operators to adjust counting quantity, conveyor speed and operating parameters.
