The LD-420A + LD-8200A Automatic Granule Packaging System combines a vertical form fill seal machine and an 8-station premade pouch packing machine on one integrated platform, allowing two different packaging formats to be handled within the same production setup.

This chips packing system is suitable for potato chips, tortilla chips, corn chips, banana chips, cheese puffs, corn puffs, rice crackers, extruded snacks, popcorn, pretzels, crackers, dried fruits, mixed nuts.

Suitable for snack food, confectionery, nut, grain and dried food production lines where automatic conveying, multihead weighing, filling, sealing and inspection are required. Such as potato chips, popcorn, rice crackers, peanuts, cashews, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, candy, chocolate pieces, cereal, granola, beans, raisins, dried fruit and dried vegetables.

Suitable for roll-film pillow or back-seal bags and premade stand-up, zipper and flat pouches for granular and piece products.
Workflow:
Z-type elevator for material conveying → Measuring the material by the Multihead weigher → Picking up the empty bag → Opening the bag. → Filling the material into bag → Automatic Sealing → Output and collect finished packaged products.

Feature:
1. The integrated system combines the LD-420A vertical packaging machine and LD-8200A 8-station premade pouch packing machine to support two packaging formats on one production platform.
2. Two independent Z-type elevators automatically convey products to the corresponding weighing systems for continuous production.
3. Two 10-head multihead weighers provide automatic combination weighing for chips, nuts, candy and other free-flowing granular products.
4. The LD-420A automatically completes film unwinding, bag forming, weighing, filling, sealing, cutting and finished bag output.
5. The LD-8200A automatically completes premade pouch feeding, pouch opening, weighing and filling, sealing and finished pouch output.
6. The premade pouch machine supports different pouch sizes and formats, providing flexible changeover for stand-up, zipper and flat pouches.
7. The connected metal detector helps inspect finished packages for metal contaminants before downstream collection.
8. The rotary sorting table provides a buffer and collection area for finished packages and helps reduce product accumulation at the discharge section.
